1. How fast can I expect my item?
Answer: Ready made items will ship immediately subject to courier shipping times. Custom items require a 1-2 week creation time based on size and complexity of the design. Further information will be provided as needed.
2. Returns and/or Refunds
Answer: Custom items cannot be returned. Refunds for custom items will only be provided if item is received damaged. Damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs.
